SHIPPING
We want you to be delighted with your new print.  If you have any questions relating to your purchase please contact me in advance of your purchase.
Prints are dispatched within 3/4 days of receipt of order.  We will contact you if there is likely to be a delay in shipping your purchase. 
Once an order is made you will receive an email to confirm your order.  Your order will only be complete when full payment is made.  Your order will be subject to stock availability and we will not be liable for any loss incurred if the product is not available other than to make a full refund.  
Please note that whilst every care has been taken to accurately photograph the artwork, slight variations may be seen between different device screens.  Furthermore as the prints are all hand printed, subtleties in inking and pressing will produce slight variations within the edition.  This is what makes them original and unique. 
Please ensure that your shipping details are correctly filled in on the order form as we cannot be liable for items going to the wrong address. 
DELIVERY TO UK
Prints will either be shipped flat, backed with board and wrapped in cellophane or rolled in a sturdy recycled postal tube for safe shipping
Unless otherwise stated prints delivered  to UK mainland are sent with Royal Mail,  First Class or Special delivery which requires a signature on delivery.  I choose this service to cover compensation.
This service normally delivers the next working day.

PRINTS ARE DELIVERED FREE TO THE UK

DELIVERY TO EUROPE & WORLDWIDE

Small prints will be sent flat packed wrapped in cellophane and packed with board whilst medium/larger prints will be rolled in a sturdy recycled postal tube for safe shipping.  Occasional larger prints need to be sent flat because of the paper used and this will be reflected in the shipping price below.  

Unless otherwise stated all prints are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed on Delivery (If applicable to your country).  Larger prints that cannot be rolled will be sent with Parcelforce Worldwide Global Value.

Royal Mail Delivery advises 3-5 business days for Europe and  6-7 business days Worldwide.  Please be aware we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

TAXES

 

All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please check with your local customs office if charges may apply.  Customers in the European Union should be aware that new charges may be levied in this post Brexit period.

Please be aware that parcels/packages may be opened and inspected at custom ports.  We cannot accept any liability for goods that are opened or tampered with or any delays that occur with goods being held at custom ports.  

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES

In the event you choose to cancel your order before dispatch please email Cathy King as soon as possible to save the item being dispatched.

If you are not happy with the print once received please notify me by email within 14 days from the day you receive the print.   Please dispatch the print back within 28 days from the day you received it.  The item (print) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and returned in the same packaging for safe return.  Please be aware that buyer pays return postage using a Tracked and Insured Service.

In the event that your product gets lost in the post or arrives damaged please contact cathpking@yahoo.co.uk at your earliest convenience. 

For items that appear to be lost, we will first need to allow for a delayed delivery or a chance to contact the postal operator to see what may have happened.

If an order arrives damaged we will try to replace the item like for like but, if there are no more prints in the same edition, it may be exchanged for another print of the same value of your choice or a refund will be offered.  To return the damaged item we recommend using a Tracked/Signed delivery service and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.  It is also helpful to take a photo of the damage to help claim reimbursement from the postal carrier. 

 

Please return the goods within 30 days.

In the event your order arrives damaged we will refund the initial delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place if you paid for that service. 

We will also cover the cost of returning the damaged print to ourselves.

REFUNDS

Once your return is safely received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within 14 days.
